How does booking work?
You publish a listing and get a shareable booking link (and soon a storefront). Clients open the link, pick dates or describe the job, and send a request. You review and confirm outside of any payment checkout.
How do I get notified about new requests?
You get an instant notification in the Axtona app and a copy by email. We do not deliver booking alerts via WhatsApp.
Can I still share my link on WhatsApp?
Yes. Sharing your booking or storefront link on WhatsApp, Facebook or SMS is encouraged. That is you sharing a link — not Axtona sending WhatsApp notifications.
What does Axtona cost?
Early launch is free for operators. Core booking-link and CRM tools stay free for now. Any future Pro plan will be announced before charging — see Pricing.
How do payments work?
Peer-to-peer. Axtona does not take payment or hold deposits. You and the client agree price and pay each other directly.
Is insurance included?
No. Operators and clients remain responsible for their own insurance, licences and site safety. Check your cover before hiring out equipment or crews.
Who is Axtona for?
Heavy trades: equipment hire, operated plant, crews, haulage and similar services — especially operators who already find work through contacts and local groups.
How do I share my booking link or storefront?
From your dashboard, copy the booking link for a listing or your operator storefront URL, then paste it into messages, social posts or print materials. Clients do not need an Axtona account to send a request.
Do clients need to pay when they request a booking?
No. A request is not a payment. You confirm details and price with the client before any money changes hands.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile / account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm as prompted (including typing DELETE where required). This permanently removes your account data per our Privacy Policy.
